E-institute is a founder of the business incubator "Business MOSAIC", located in the premises of PSC Mlekarna in Ptuj.

The business incubator provides assistance for new, promising companies offering various support activities that include support and assistance in the start-up phase, preparing a marketing plan, obtaining the credit and financial resources, and offering the use of equipment and facilities of "Business mosaic", offering help with the internationalization. The aim of its establishment is to contribute to the rise of an entrepreneurial culture in the region, to achieve greater success of individual business initiatives and entrepreneurship and create an innovation-friendly region.

E-Institute also cooperates with the companies outside the incubator and provides the following services:
