PROJECT ADD VALUE
Among the regional projects, that have been precursors of the project CreativeMED, the ways of joining the technical and non-technical innovation and co-creation tools for social innovation have been identified, which may lead to a coherent ecosystem for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.
However, a theoretical integration result in a solidified strategic policy is not enough. The most important added value of CreativeMED is the capitalization process that is based on a policy learning of Bennett and Howlett (1992) that combines organizational changes, software changes, changes and paradigm change over the deep involvement of strategic policy makers, local communities and the technical and political networks, leading to deep ownership policies and lasting effect.
